  • Please wait just outside the hotel lobby. A guide with a Gray Line shirt will come looking for you.
    Please allow a 15-minute grace period from the time of pick-up for the bus to arrive. In any case the bus did not arrive or is delayed, please call the activity provider. Your voucher has the necessary information.

  • Children of all ages can participate in this activity.
  • Children under three (3) years old are free, but will need to sit on a parent or guardian's lap if there are no available seats during the bus tour.

  • The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
  • All bags, backpacks and other items may be opened and inspected at the discretion of security officers.
  • Guests can arrange hotel pick-ups for a cost of 10 USD per person or a maximum of 25 USD per group, if available. Please call the activity provider.
  • Gray Line tours to Kennedy Space Center have a welcome greeting by an astronaut or an orientation tour of the Space Shuttle Atlantis upon arrival. This is a complimentary bonus and no refunds would apply if bonus does not occur due to operational reasons. Meet and Greet usually occurs on Wednesday & Saturdays and Space Shuttle Atlantis on other days.
  • Drinks and meals are available for purchase.
  • Food and drinks packed in small, soft-sided coolers are permitted. Glass bottles and glass containers are not allowed.
  • Kennedy Space Center is protected as a federal government facility. For the safety of visitors and employees, the following items are not permitted at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex: firearms of any type, including those belonging to off-duty law enforcement, ammunition of any type, pepper or mace sprays, knives of any type, glass containers and alcoholic beverages.
